QCD Fontana Achieves Record High Score of 99.81% on IFS Audit

QCD Fontana set a new company-wide, all-time IFS record this year with a score of 99.81% on its annual audit, a two-day event that took place in October. According to QCD Fontana General Manager Larkin Williams, this tremendous score was a team effort, but special recognitions go to Warehouse Manager Daniel Paxton and Regional Safety Manager Jason DePina.

“The 2019 IFS audit was definitely a monumental achievement for the entire Fontana team and QCD family,” said Paxton. “As one of the biggest events of the year for any facility, it could not have been possible without the hard work of all operations associates, administrative staff and supervisors.”

DePina added, “Preparing for the audit was not terribly difficult for our Fontana team because they take great pride in maintaining such high standards of quality throughout the year.”

QCD facilities in San Antonio, Spokane and Los Angeles also scored above 99% in their 2019 audits, as well as their 2018 and 2017 audits. Across QCD, all participating facilities earning “Higher Level” ratings for their scores above 95% this year.
