Construction on the new, 183,000-square-foot facility began in August of 2017, and a mere seven months later, is fully operational. The new Fontana facility has taken on extra deliveries from QCD Los Angeles, which has greatly benefitted the customers and QLA team. Nearly 70 percent of the associates in Fontana are existing QCD associates from QLA, and the seasoned help has allowed the transition to the new facility to go so smoothly, while also building morale and benefitting many who now have a shorter commute to work in the Inland Empire.
