Starbucks Recognizes QCD Orlando and Salt Lake City with Service Efficiency Awards
This week, Starbucks announced that QCD teams from the Orlando and Salt Lake City facilities maintained the highest standards of service and efficiency in supporting Starbucks during the second quarter (January through March) of 2022. QCD Salt Lake City earned top honors in the "Short/Tall" category for Starbucks' smaller distribution territories, while QCD Orlando achieved top honors in the "Grande/Venti" category for the largest distribution territories.
“These QCD teams are truly delivering the difference for our customer,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. “The excellent performances of the Orlando and Salt Lake City teams have set the bar high and provided an exemplary standard for all QCD teams to aspire to achieve in supporting Starbucks.”
Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned nearly 30 quarterly recognitions and eight annual Siren Awards from Starbucks. Over the past two years, the customer has honored both Orlando and Salt Lake City with its annual Siren Award, based on these distribution centers consistently maintaining the highest quarterly scores in their category.
