Starbucks Honors QCD Salt Lake City and Seattle Teams with Quarterly Service Awards



The QCD teams in Salt Lake City and Seattle received special recognition from Starbucks this month for their exceptional customer support during the first quarter (October through December of 2024). Demonstrating outstanding service and efficiency, the Salt Lake City distribution center secured top honors in the “Short/Tall” category, which highlights smaller distribution territories. Additionally, QCD Seattle earned recognition as the most improved distribution center since the previous quarter.

Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among its 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has achieved more than 50 quarterly recognitions and annual Siren Awards from Starbucks.
