QCD Las Vegas and Salt Lake City have tied for top honors in Starbucks' annual Siren Award in the "Short/Tall" category, which recognizes outstanding performance in smaller distribution territories. Both locations earned quarterly recognitions this year for their exceptional service and operational efficiency in supporting last-mile store deliveries.
This is Salt Lake City’s sixth consecutive Starbucks Siren Award and Las Vegas’ first.
“Congratulations to the teams on setting the bar and maintaining the highest standards for Starbucks stores in their regions,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. "To earn both quarterly and annual honors reflects the drive they bring every day to delivering the difference for our customer.”
Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard highlights distribution centers across its 34 U.S. territories that consistently provide reliable last-mile delivery service. QCD’s most recent recognitions include Las Vegas for Q3 (April–June 2025) and Salt Lake City for Q4 (July–September 2025) as part of the Distribution Excellence Program. Since 2015, QCD has received more than 50 quarterly awards and 12 annual Siren Awards in recognition of its teams’ outstanding performance.
