QCD Las Vegas Receives Starbucks Quarterly Service Efficiency Award

QCD Las Vegas earned top quarterly customer recognition from Starbucks this month for delivering exceptional service and efficiency. The team led the second quarter of 2025 (January through March) with top performance in the “Short/Tall” category, which includes Starbucks’ smaller distribution territories.


“Our team has consistently shown how committed we are in upholding the highest standards in supporting last-mile delivery to the Starbucks locations in our region,” said James Lopez, General Manager of QCD Las Vegas. “I'm incredibly proud of our Las Vegas associates for earning the top spot in our category—not just once, but twice in a single year!”

Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard highlights distribution centers across its 34 U.S. territories that consistently provide reliable last-mile delivery service. Since 2015, QCD has received more than 50 quarterly awards and 10 annual Siren Awards in recognition of its outstanding performance.
