QCD Orlando and Salt Lake City Earn Annual Siren Awards and Quarterly Honors
This month, Starbucks recognized two leading QCD teams for maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency in supporting Starbucks throughout the past year. For the third consecutive year, QCD Salt Lake City has earned Starbucks’ annual Siren Award in the "Short/Tall" category for the customer’s smaller distribution territories, while QCD Orlando earned top honors for a second time in recent years in the "Grande/Venti" category for larger distribution territories.
“The consistency of service delivery that Salt Lake City and Orlando have demonstrated in recent years truly demonstrates their exemplary dedication to customer success,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. “Congratulations to both of QCD’s outstanding repeat winners, and thank you for your continued support of Starbucks in both markets.”
Additionally, Starbucks announced Salt Lake City as its fourth quarter (July through September 2022) honoree for its consistent and balanced results in service and efficiency. Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned more than 30 quarterly recognitions and 10 annual Siren Awards from Starbucks.
