QCD Salt Lake City Earns Fourth Consecutive Annual Siren Award


For the fourth consecutive year, Starbucks has honored the QCD Salt Lake City team with the annual Siren Award in the "Short/Tall" category for the customer’s smaller distribution territories. This month, Starbucks recognized top-performing distribution centers for maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency in supporting last-mile delivery to its store locations throughout the past year. Additionally, QCD Miami earned recognition for most improved in the Distribution Excellence Program during the fourth quarter. 

 

“For six quarters in a row over the past 18 months and many more before that, our dedicated Salt Lake City team has delivered outstanding service and distribution performance to Starbucks stores in its market,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. “We are so proud of the high service standards and consistent customer support that Salt Lake City provides, as well as QCD Miami’s accomplishment as most improved performance this past quarter.” 

 

Since 2015, QCD has earned more than 40 quarterly recognitions and 11 annual Siren Awards from Starbucks. This includes Salt Lake City’s fourth quarter (July through September 2023) Distribution Excellence Program honors for its consistent and balanced results in service and efficiency. Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services.
